3. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to access and use our website and tools for:

• Personal & Non-Commercial Use: Optimizing family photographs, academic submissions, government portal forms, social media posts, and personal projects.
• Commercial & Professional Use: Enhancing e-commerce product photos, marketing collateral, client design mockups, web development assets, and business documentation.

You are never required to pay fees, purchase credits, or attribute credit back to Compress Image Size AI for images processed through our platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Your Content Ownership

You retain full, exclusive ownership and copyright of all files, images, and creative works you process using our tools.

Because all processing takes place locally inside your browser memory and files are never uploaded to our servers, Compress Image Size AI does not acquire, claim, or seek any license, sub-license, trademark, or ownership rights over your media.
